Mr. Cancel served as law clerk in the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. His practice has been mainly focused on litigation and transactional business matters.
Mr. Cancel’s litigation and transactional experience includes alternate dispute resolution and litigation of diverse commercial matters before federal and state courts, and administrative agencies, and legal work regarding diverse corporate matter.
He participates in transactions and litigation in the areas of construction, suretyship, finance, telecommunications, labor, mergers and acquisitions, inheritance and estates, among others.
