Professional Experience:

Andrés R. Nevares was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico where he completed his grade school and then attended Mercersburg Academy in Pennsylvania, Syracuse University and University of Denver Law School.  He is a member of the Federal and local bars of Puerto Rico and Colorado. He has lectured regarding construction, construction litigation, estates, arbitration, surety and corporate governance.

Mr. Nevares has experience in commercial matters and in litigation and arbitration.  He has represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, real estate contracts and in the construction of major commercial and infrastructure projects including public-private partnership projects.  He has experience litigating in local and federal court.

Mr. Nevares is fully bilingual and bicultural (U.S. and Latin America) and has clients from Puerto Rico, the U.S. main land, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean.
