Professional Experience:

Mr. Pumarada has experience in most aspects of labor law.  He has represented many large and small employers.  His practice includes litigation before Federal and Puerto Rico Courts and administrative agencies.  He has advised employers as to Federal and Puerto Rico Wage and Hours matters and other employee benefit issues.

He has experience before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in unfair labor practice proceedings as well as in the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements.  He also provides consultation services to employers regarding Equal Employment Opportunity matters and is experienced in litigating such issues.

Prior to 2008, Mr. Pumarada was a partner at Fiddler, González and Rodríguez, concentrating exclusively on labor law matters, when he joined our firm to fill the labor law needs of our clients.
